Foam Insulators: $0.00 (available upon request) If meters are not properly insulated or if damaged by the patron, a replacement charge for the damaged part will be required for the following items: Replacement Lid: $35.00 Replacement Lid Ring: $50.00 Replacement Meter: $125.00 Replacement MXU: $250.00 Replacement Regulator: $205.00 *Water district will read meters between the 25th and the end of the month. *Bills are sent out on the first of each month. *Payments are due by the 15th of each month. *If bills are not paid by the 15th, a 10% late penalty will be added. *Past due notices (Final Notices) are sent out on the 21st. *Full payment must be received before the first of the following month, if payment is not received; a notice will be delivered to property and a $100.00 charge will be applied to the account, if bill is not paid within 3 days of the notice, service will be disconnected until account is paid in full to the office. *If a meter is disconnected for 6 months; the benefit unit will be forfeited back to the district. A customer may have the unit reinstated by paying the current bill in full, including late fees, reconnect fees and a Benefit Unit Reinstatement Fee of $1000.00. *Patrons are responsible for insulating the meter pit to prevent the meter and regulator from freezing. *Return checks must be paid with cash or money order, along with the return check charge within 48 hours of notification, or service will be disconnected until paid. *Landlords are responsible for bills left by renters. *Any person, Company, or Entity; doing excavation work within the district boundary, must call for line locate 48 hours prior to commencing work, if a locate has not been made and damage is caused to the district’s property, the party doing the damage will be held financially responsible for the repairs, water loss, machine hire, and loss of service and sales. *Rates and Policies are subject to change.*
